The Hotel Management would like to thank you for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure peace, comfort, and safety for all guests during their stay.

  1. A hotel room is rented on a daily basis.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon).
  3. During check-in, every guest is required to present a valid ID. This requirement also applies to children staying with their guardians.
  4. If a guest refuses to present identification, the hotel reserves the right to refuse service.
  5. The hotel has implemented standards to protect minors. The full procedure is available at the Reception Desk.
  6. If the length of stay is not specified, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day only.
  7. Guests wishing to extend their stay should inform reception before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Extensions are subject to availability.
  8. Staying in the room after 12:00 p.m. without prior arrangement is considered an extension of stay and may result in additional charges.
  9. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standards.
  10. Any concerns regarding service quality should be reported to reception as soon as possible to allow prompt resolution by hotel management.
  11. The hotel is responsible for ensuring:
  12. conditions for comfortable and uninterrupted rest,
  13. safety of stay, including confidentiality of guest information, professional and courteous service,
  14. room cleaning and necessary repairs (carried out in the guest’s absence or, with consent, in their presence),
  15. where possible, room changes or alternative solutions in case of defects that cannot be immediately resolved.
  16. Upon request, the hotel provides:
  17. information regarding stay and travel,
  18. wake-up calls at a designated time,
  19. safekeeping of money and valuables during the stay,
  20. luggage storage.
  21. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items, significant sums of money, items posing a safety risk, and bulky items that cannot be placed in the hotel safe deposit box.
  22. The hotel is liable for loss or damage to items brought into the hotel to the extent specified by art. 846–849 of the Civil Code, unless otherwise agreed. For safety reasons, guests are encouraged to deposit valuables at reception or use in-room safes.
  23. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles left in the car park.
  24. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
  25. Liability for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless such items have been deposited at reception.
  26. Any damage must be reported to reception immediately after discovery.
  27. In case of losing a room key, a fee of 50 PLN will be charged.
  28. Guests should ensure the room door is properly closed when leaving and are encouraged to leave keys at reception.
  29. Room keys must not be handed over to third parties, even temporarily.
  30. Non-registered people may stay in a room between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. only.
  31. The presence of unregistered people in a room during night hours (10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) is treated as acceptance by the registered guest and may result in additional charges for accommodation.
  32. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  33. During quiet hours, guests are required to behave in a way that does not disturb the peace of other guests.
  34. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons, and other non-hotel electrical appliances in rooms is strictly prohibited.
  35. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including guest rooms. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of 1000 PLN.
  36. The property is equipped with a fire monitoring system. Any false alarm caused by negligence or violation of regulations may result in charges for fire brigade intervention.
  37. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who previously violated hotel regulations, damaged property, or behaved inappropriately toward guests or staff.
  38. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  39. The hotel reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of serious violations of hotel rules. In such cases, the guest is obliged to settle all outstanding charges and cover any damages before leaving the property.
  40. Due to conservation requirements, hammering nails or hanging anything on historic elements (walls, wallpaper, furniture) is prohibited.
  41. No door-to-door sales, gambling, or other activities that may disturb, harm, or irritate other hotel guests are prohibited in the hotel.
  42. Excessive noise, unpleasant odors or other activities that may disturb, harm or irritate other hotel guests are prohibited.
  43. Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
  44. It is prohibited to remove dishes, cutlery, glassware or food from the restaurant and bar.
  45. Consumption of personal food, beverages or alcohol in the restaurant is not permitted.
  46. Personal items left in the hotel room by a departing guest will be returned to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If the guest does not provide instructions to return the items, the Hotel will store these items at the owner's expense for a period of three months, after which they will become the property of the Hotel. Food items that do not require refrigeration will be stored for 24 hours; other items will be disposed of immediately.
