Regulamin Kombornia KAMPER PARK – EN
- General Provisions
1.1. The Kombornia Camper Park (hereinafter referred to as the “Camper Park”) forms an integral part of the Dwór Kombornia Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”) and has been designed for Guests seeking comfortable relaxation in a natural setting.
1.2. These regulations define the rules for using the Kombornia Camper Park area. The regulations are available at the Reception and on the property's website.
1.3. Use of the Camper Park is subject to payment in accordance with the current price list of the Property.
1.4. Entry to the Camper Park shall be deemed as acceptance of these Regulations.
1.5. Guests are kindly requested to respect the comfort, privacy, and well-being of others at all times.
- Stay Period and Check-in
2.1. The stay period is from 1:00 PM until 12:00 PM (noon) the following day.
2.2. Upon check-in, Guests are kindly requested to present a valid ID and settle all applicable charges in accordance with the current price list.
2.3. Extension of stay may be arranged with the Reception, subject to availability.
2.4. The entrance gate remains closed between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Access during these hours is possible upon prior arrangement with Reception.
2.5. Unregistered persons may remain in the Kombornia Camper Park area until 11:00 PM.
- Parking and Infrastructure
3.1. Vehicles are to be parked in designated areas as indicated by staff.
3.2. Electricity and water connections are available at designated points.
3.3. Disposal of wastewater and emptying of sanitary tanks is permitted only in designated service areas.
3.4. In order to maintain the comfort and aesthetics of the area, Guests are kindly requested to refrain from so-called “wild camping”, in particular setting up equipment, furnishings, and camping items outside the camper without the prior consent of the Property. Please respect nature, do not destroy or pick flowers and shrubs.
3.5. Guests are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness and leave their pitch in leave it in good order before departure.
3.6. Heating campers using electricity is prohibited.
- Quiet Hours and Comfort
4.1. A quiet nighttime curfew is in effect within the Kombornia Camper Park area from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4.2. Guests are kindly requested to keep noise at a moderate level during the day.
4.3. Disturbing the peace of other guests is prohibited.
4.4. Organizing gatherings, meetings, or events is prohibited. Violation of this prohibition may result in an immediate notice to cease activities, and in the event of continued non-compliance, refusal to continue staying on the property.
4.5. Playing music that may disturb other Guests is not permitted.
- Safety
5.1. Fire safety regulations apply throughout the Property.
5.2. The use of open fire (barbecues, fire pits) is permitted only in designated areas.
5.3. Guests are kindly requested to avoid any actions that may pose a risk to health, life, or property.
5.4. Children should remain under adult supervision at all times.
- Animals
6.1. Pets are welcome provided they remain under proper supervision.
6.2. Dogs should be kept on a leash, where appropriate, muzzled. We encourage you to use the Dog Run, located in a designated part of the park, where you'll find a spacious, fenced, and safe dog run. This place was created with your four-legged friends in mind
6.3. Owners are kindly requested to clean up after their pets.
6.4. A fee of PLN 15 per day applies per pet.
6.5. A pet's stay at the Facility is contingent upon the owner having a health record booklet with current vaccinations and proof of deworming.
6.6. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to animals that are considered troublesome or pose a threat.
- Hotel Facilities
7.1. Camper Park Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the Property’s facilities, including the restaurant and wellness area, in accordance with applicable rules and price lists.
- Liability
8.1. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their actions.
8.2. The Property shall not be liable for unattended items.
8.3. W przypadku rażącego naruszenia regulaminu obsługa ma prawo odmówić dalszego pobytu.
8.3. In the event of a gross violation of the regulations, the staff has the right to refuse further stay.
- Final Provisions
9.1. In matters not covered herein, decisions are made by the Managementor Reception
9.2. The regulations are available at the Reception and on the property's website.
9.3. The Property reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
- Price List
- Camper space – PLN 60 / night
• Person – PLN 20 / night
• Pet – PLN 15 / night
Fees are charged according to the current reservation and the applicable stay period. The property reserves the right to change the price list, but changes will not affect reservations that have already been made and paid for.
