PET POLICY
The hotel welcomes guests traveling with friendly pets. Pet accommodation is subject to an additional fee, as specified in the price list of services. Guests bringing pets are required to comply with the following rules:
- Pets must be declared at the time of booking, as the hotel has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms.
- Failure to notify the hotel in advance will result in an additional charge of 250 PLN per night.
- Failure to declare a pet and bringing it into a non-designated room will result in an additional cleaning fee of 1,000 PLN per night.
- All pets are allowed to stay at the hotel only if the owner provides valid medical documentation, including up-to-date vaccinations and deworming records.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage to property or personal injury caused by their pets.
- Pets are not permitted in food and beverage areas, the health club, pool area, or children’s playground. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the guest room and within hotel grounds, unless inside the guest’s room.
- We encourage you to use the Dog Run, located in a designated part of the park, where you'll find a spacious, fenced, and safe dog run. This place was created with your four-legged friends in mind.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel premises. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of 500 PLN.
- Disposal of cat litter into toilets is strictly prohibited.
